Lines to load aluminium profiles in vertical painting plants

We make workbenches for loading and hooking operations of aluminium profiles in vertical painting plants.

Those workbench are usually made by 4 conveyors ( but there is possibility to increase or decrease the quantity according to your needs) in plastic material such as to not damage or scratch aluminium profiles.

After those conveyors we can supply a chute to accompany of profiles. The chute is made in plastic material so as to not damage profiles along their way.  If you request, to make easier and optimize arrangement of profiles in the climb phase, we can insert slowing down plastic plugs.
